Terms of Service

1. Who can sign up

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be resident in, or acting on behalf of, a jurisdiction we are legally barred from serving.
• Multiple accounts are fine, but not to evade a suspension or abuse a trial.

2. What we sell

Rotating residential proxy bandwidth, sold as prepaid gigabytes. There are no ISP, datacenter or mobile products. Bandwidth is drawn from a peer network whose participants opt in through disclosed partner software, are compensated for their contribution, and can leave at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including web scraping, price monitoring, ad verification, brand protection, QA and geo testing, and general privacy.

Absolutely prohibited

The following ends your account immediately, without a refund, and is reported where we are legally required to report it:

• Child sexual abuse material, or any activity that sexualises or targets minors.
• Spam of any kind, including email, SMS, forum, comment and direct message.
• Phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, or trafficking in stolen credentials.
• Carding, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Distributing malware or ransomware, or operating command and control infrastructure.
• DDoS, volumetric flooding, or any denial of service activity.
• Unauthorised access attempts, scanning third parties, or exploiting systems you do not own.
• Targeting critical infrastructure such as hospitals, utilities, emergency services and government systems.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeting private individuals.
• Sharing or reselling your credentials without a reseller agreement.

Ambiguous cases are decided by us and we lean conservative. If you are unsure whether your use case is fine, ask first. We answer honestly and quickly.

4. Fair use

There is no thread cap and no concurrency tier. A soft limit of 500 new connections per second per account keeps the gateway healthy and is raised on request. Traffic patterns that damage the peer network, such as sustained saturation of individual peers, may be throttled after we contact you.

5. Payment

• Prices are in USD and settled in Bitcoin or Monero at the rate shown on the invoice.
• Bandwidth is prepaid. Gigabytes are credited when the payment confirms on chain.
• Overpayments are credited to your account balance.
• Purchased bandwidth does not expire.
• The per gigabyte rate is fixed at the moment of purchase and is not adjusted afterwards.

6. Refunds

• Consumed bandwidth is not refundable.
• Unused gigabytes can be converted back to account credit at any time.
• If the network does not work for your use case, tell us within 24 hours of your first top up and we credit it in full.
• We do not send refunds on chain. Refunds are issued as account credit.
• Accounts terminated for prohibited use forfeit all balance.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% gateway availability, measured monthly, excluding maintenance announced at least 24 hours ahead. Individual residential peers go offline constantly, which is how residential works, and peer churn is not downtime. If we miss the target, ask and we credit the affected days.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately for prohibited use, a credible abuse report, or a legal order. Where the situation allows it, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or the outcome of anything you collected.

10. Affiliate program

• Commission is recurring for the life of the referred account, at the tier rate in effect when each payment is made.
• Attribution is last click with a 180 day cookie. A coupon code overrides cookie attribution.
• Commission clears 14 days after the referred invoice confirms.
• Self referrals, brand term paid search, spam promotion and misleading claims void commission and may end participation.
• Rates may change with 30 days notice. Cleared balances are never reduced.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes are posted here with a new date and emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
